The Park Collection is perfect for larger families, with homes ranging from 1,831 to 2,969 square-feet and up to five bedrooms and three bathrooms with spacious garages. These homes start in the low $400,000s.

“The Tri Pointe team worked closely with our architect to thoughtfully design open-concept floor plans with lots of windows, natural light, and tall ceilings,” Montgomery said. “Most floor plans also include flex spaces, second floor lofts or game rooms, and oversized outdoor covered patios, which is so nice when you live in Texas.”

Montgomery said some of Tri Pointe’s popular floor plans feature a curved staircase, which is a unique feature not many homes have.
