Home buyers looking for modern floor plans, great amenities and a hill country setting can find their new home at Turner’s Crossing in Buda.

One of the largest homebuilders in the U.S., Tri Pointe Homes offers two different floor plan collections within the community for individuals to find a home that meets their needs, budget and style preferences.

“We really have a home design for everyone,” said Marketing Manager Alex Montgomery.

Floor plans for every life stage

Tri Pointe Homes is offering two floor plan collections within the Turner’s Crossing community: the Terrace Collection and the Park Collection. Individuals have some flexibility with the number of bedrooms and bathrooms within each floor plan, so they can find the just right home for them.

Terrace Collection homes range from 1,603 to 2,589 square-feet and can have three or four bedrooms and two to three bathrooms. Terrace Collection homes start in the mid $300,000s.

The Park Collection is perfect for larger families with homes ranging from 1,831 to 2,969 square-feet and up to five bedrooms and three bathrooms with spacious garages. These homes start at the low $400,000s.

“The Tri Pointe team worked closely with our architect to thoughtfully design open-concept floor plans with lots of windows, natural light, and tall ceilings,” Montgomery said. “Most floor plans also include flex spaces, second floor lofts or game rooms, and oversized outdoor covered patios, which is so nice when you live in Texas.”

Montgomery said some of Tri Pointe’s popular floor plans feature a curved staircase, which is a unique feature not many homes have.

For homebuyers looking for energy efficiency, Tri Pointe Homes’ Living Smart program includes materials, features, and technologies built into every home designed to improve your home’s comfort and operating costs, your well-being, and the Earth.

A peaceful location

The community is located within Austin’s extraterritorial jurisdiction, so residents can have easy access to the city while living life at a slower pace.

“You kind of get the best of both worlds with one boot in Austin and one boot in Buda,” Montgomery said. “Homeowners can enjoy all the big city has to offer.”

Turner’s Crossing is located less than 15 miles from downtown Austin, 18 miles from the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport and 11 miles from Circuit of the Americas. Even closer, residents can take advantage of the slower pace of downtown Buda with great shops, dining, and entertainment.

In addition to being removed from the busyness of a city, Turner’s Crossing offers residents great amenities like a resort-style pool, a splash pad, playground, and walking trails. The amenities are at a centralized amenity center so residents can connect with other residents.

Support for home buyers

The team at Tri Pointe knows buying a home can be an overwhelming process, especially for first-time home buyers. Tri Pointe offers support for individuals looking for a home during every step of the process.

“Not only do we have some very helpful digital resources on our website such as interactive floorplans, virtual tours, visualizers, and community site maps,” Montgomery said. “Once home shoppers schedule an appointment, our New Home Advisors walk them through the entire home buying process and are there with them every step of the way, from that first visit to closing day.”
