The master-planned community of Elevon offers residents both an elevated living experience and small-town charm with easy access to Lake Lavon.

“Nestled in a growing city adjacent to Lake Lavon, Elevon offers more than just a home,” said Allen Jones, Principal at MA Partners, LLC. “It provides an exceptional living experience with aspects such as grand amenities, proximity to quality schools, convenient retail access and closeness to employment centers, all which contribute to Elevon’s distinctive charm.”

A lakeside setting

Lavon is easily accessible from the George Bush Turnpike and highway 78 and provides residents easy access to Lake Lavon.

When planning the community, the developers wanted to preserve some of the natural area to encourage residents to spend time outside. Elevon features a large system of trails connecting section one and section two of the community.

“Elevon boasts proximity to the natural features adjacent to Lake Lavon, providing residents with unparalleled access to scenic landscapes and recreational opportunities,” Jones said.

A variety of home builders

The master-planned community has a multitude of options for families with homes ranging from the high $200,000s to 600,000 and single-family rental properties.

Elevon works with six different home builders, including:
  • DR Horton
  • HistoryMaker Homes
  • K Hovnanian Homes
  • Pacesetter Homes
  • Trophy Signature Homes
  • UnionMain Homes
“While our builders offer predefined floor plans, they understand the importance of personalization,” Jones said. “Buyers have the opportunity to infuse their unique style into their homes by selecting finishes and upgrading certain features. This allows residents to tailor their living spaces, ensuring that each home becomes a distinctive reflection of the homeowner’s preferences and lifestyle.”

With so many different options, each resident can find the right home for their needs. For example, a family could move into one of the more affordable homes to start and move to a larger, more high-end home in the community as their family grows.

The area is a mixed-use development and Elevon has plans for future business parks, rental properties, commercial spaces and two on-site elementary schools.

Stand-out amenity centers

In addition to having access to lakes and nature trails, residents of Elevon have access to great amenities within the community.

“Elevon is not just a place to live,” Jones said. “It’s a community crafted to provide residents with a diverse array of amenities that enhance their daily lives.”

Residents will enjoy two on-site, resort-style amenity complexes. Residents will enjoy additional amenities such as :
  • oversized pools
  • fishing ponds
  • playgrounds
  • sport courts
  • gathering spaces for community events
  • dog parks
The Retreat will be a large amenity center and community hub planned for section two of the community and will feature a variety of fun for all ages.

“With a focus on fostering a sense of connection and camaraderie, our lifestyle coordinator will curate a diverse calendar of events throughout the year,” Jones said. “These planned gatherings aim to provide residents with ample opportunities to interact, socialize and build lasting connections. From social events to activities, Elevon’s community life is designed to ensure that neighbors become friends, and everyone feels a true sense of belonging.”
