Cambridge Crossing’s many lakes, walking trails and spacious backyards give residents a quiet escape in Celina.

“Everybody lives a really busy life and so we wanted this place to be a sanctuary,” said Chief Visionary and Marketing Officer Matt Alexander.

Located at 2225 Huddleston Drive, the community is close to both the Dallas North Tollway and the future Collin County Outer Loop, giving residents easy access to surrounding areas.

Although Cambridge Crossing is close to major roads, residents still enjoy beautiful views. The community is intentionally designed around seven lakes to give the homes visual appeal and functionality.

“The whole idea is to give you something pretty to look at but at the same time give you a functional space where you can get out, exercise and visit with your neighbors,” Alexander said. “It's designed to build community.”

Cambridge Crossing offers an abundance of amenities for residents, including:
  • a 6,700 square-foot private amenity center
  • a 2,000 square-foot fitness center
  • pickleball courts
  • eight miles of scenic trails
  • lakes stocked for fishing and fun
  • playgrounds
  • resort-style pool with cabanas
  • a lap pool
  • event lawn
Additionally, Cambridge Crossing has a full-time lifestyle director on staff who plans fun community events throughout the year.

“We really focused on the details of the community,” Alexander said. “I think when we spend the extra time and effort to focus on the details people really appreciate them. When they enjoy where they live...they take care of their homes and the whole value of the community just continues to grow.”

All Cambridge Crossing homes come with at least a 25-foot backyard, but backyards can reach up to 50 feet. Alexander said a large backyard creates a great space for residents to hang out with the added benefit of privacy.

Cambridge Crossing works with four different builders: Highland Homes, Coventry Homes, Perry Homes and UnionMain Homes. Having different options allows potential residents to find a home that is the right fit for them and their families.

“I felt like this area was ready for something a little more sophisticated and so that's how we landed on the English manor [style],” Alexander said.

The community features stone walls, a clock tower, English garden landscaping and obelisks that make the neighborhood stand out among others in the area.

Cambridge Crossing is also the site of a future Celina Independent School District elementary

school. This will allow children to walk to school using the community’s extensive trail system.

Cambridge Crossing is a short drive to downtown Celina, which offers unique shops, restaurants and a public park.

“They've got a really quaint downtown and so it's a great space to raise a family,” Alexander said.
