While Mera Vintage Park doesn’t offer in-house movers, the facility offers different move managers, realtors and senior real estate specialists for residents to choose from. To qualify for residency at Mera Vintage Park, guests must be screened through a background and consumer credit check. In addition, all applicants per home must make 1 times the monthly rent in gross income, and be 55 years of age or above.
