From barre classes to soccer camps, HCI Sports & Fitness offers fitness classes for everyone in Bee Cave

With over 20 class formats and year-round sports programs, there’s something for everyone at HCI Sports & Fitness.

When former professional baseball player Jeff Kent opened the fitness center in 2017, his goal was to provide a safe and fun space for families to play sports. In the past six years, HCI Sports & Fitness has expanded to offer fitness classes, personal training, sports camps and more. HCI Sports & Fitness is located at 13875 Bee Cave Pkwy. in Bee Cave, and is open seven days a week.

“There's so much to offer in this high-end, beautiful facility,” Marketing Director Chelsea Pribble said.

HCI Sports & Fitness offers membership packages for individuals and families with discounted rates for students, teachers, members of the military and first responders. Each membership package includes unlimited group fitness classes in one of HCI’s four studios.

“We have four different studio spaces,” Pribble said. “There's a barre studio, a yoga room, a spin room and a boxing and TRX room. Within that we have about 25 different [class] formats.”

This wide-range of classes is one of the features that distinguishes HCI Sports & Fitness from other fitness centers.


“There’s nothing like HCI Sports & Fitness anywhere else and I've been in fitness for a long time,” Pribble said. “Especially for families in the area, I think it's a one-stop-shop.”

Additionally, HCI Sports & Fitness offers athletic performance training and injury reconditioning. This program is ideal for professional or student athletes who want more specialized training and athletes recovering from injuries.

“Our AIM performance department is run by instructors with masters [degrees] in athletic training, rehabilitation and injury prevention methods,” Pribble said.

Because HCI Sports & Fitness offers so many programs, Pribble said the fitness center has many families who take advantage of the family membership.

“The mom might love to do studio classes and the dad might like the AIM training and then their kids do youth programs...There's really something for everyone,” Pribble said. “I think that's what sets us apart.”

For families with young children or children who don’t want to participate in the programs, HCI Sports & Fitness offers complimentary child care.

Another way HCI Sports & Fitness distinguishes itself from other fitness centers is its dedicated and encouraging staff.

“All of our staff are experts at what they do,” Pribble said. “We hire the best of the best. Also, we care. Everyone who works at HCI Sports & Fitness is motivated to help people live their healthiest, fittest life and to reach their goals.”

To encourage Bee Cave communities to try all HCI Sports & Fitness has to offer, the fitness center is offering a special promotion. New members who join before Jan. 31 will not pay the joining fee, saving $150.

In addition, HCI Sports & Fitness is hosting youth sports camps during spring and summer break.

“Anytime kids are out of school, we offer different types of camps from youth programs, which are for ages five to 10, to more specialized camps like soccer skills clinics, Pribble said”

HCI Sports & Fitness offers programs for soccer, basketball, pickleball, volleyball, football and rugby.

Summer camp registration opens March 1. Members will be able to register for a discounted rate and non-members are welcome to register as well.
