PMI Values Your Casa brings customized community association management to Cy-Fair, Cypress

Sponsored by: PMI Values Your Casa

For Cy-Fair and Cypress community leaders in need of Homeowners Association (HOA) management services, look no further than PMI Values Your Casa. The national company has a network of locally owned and operated franchisees who tailor their services to each community’s specific needs. Local franchisees Brittany and Gabriel Cristain just opened their location, and the couple brings a wealth of experience to the area.

Behind the business

PMI Values Your Casa works in association management and focuses on HOAs, Condominium Owners Associations (COAs), as well as corporation-owned properties. The company works with local HOA Board Members to serve all types of communities, including:
  • single-family home communities
  • townhomes
  • co-operatives
  • condominiums and high rises
Brittany comes from a government contracting background and has also worked in Cyber Engineering. She completed her Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Project Management, which honed her leadership and managerial skills. Her experience in management and contractual compliance benefits her when navigating the regulations of property management for HOAs.

Gabriel brings a different perspective: 20 years of service in the military. In addition to 17 years in the U.S. Air Force and three years in the Space Force, he took on additional leadership and management duties.

“I worked in the management of financial information as well as security, protection of information and infrastructure management,” Gabriel said. “I’m tying in that information, knowledge and experience into property management.”

Property management services and resources

Clients looking to purchase property management services can visit the PMI Values Your Casa website and select the description that fits them best: homeowner, board member or real estate professional.

From there, clients can find resources including:
  • monthly blog postings
  • request a bid for a community
  • vendor coordination
PMI Values Your Casa offers clients three primary sectors of service:
  • Financial management, which includes preparing and maintaining financial records, processing HOA dues and fees, providing financial reports to the HOA board of directors and more.
  • Administrative management, which consists of enforcement of community association covenants, conditions, and restrictions, monitoring of local/state/national laws and advice on pertinent legislative issues. In addition, PMI communicates with city, state, and county authorities as needed.
  • Maintenance and building management, which involves common area inspections, online maintenance, work order management, 24-hour availability/on-call maintenance and more.
Local involvement and the PMI difference

PMI Values Your Casa is also involved with the Cy-Fair Houston Chamber of Commerce as well as the Community Association Institute, providing them a vast network of professionals to leverage.

“PMI Values Your Casa is a veteran-owned business and we understand what it means to serve our country and our communities," Brittany said.

Gabriel said the team brings value to a community.

"Brittany and I bring the benefit of large corporate service offerings to the local level," Gabriel said. "As Cypress HOA managers, PMI Values Your Casa will assign a community its own manager, assist boards with document preparation, offer an online portal for payment collection processes and more.”

Because each community is unique, Brittany, Gabriel and the PMI Values Your Casa team will customize services to meet the needs of each managed community.
