Get Age Fit Relocation

To accommodate the growing needs of the Georgetown community, Get Age Fit is relocating from its current location on I-35 to a brand-new location on Williams Drive to expand its service offerings to the growing Georgetown community.

The expansion will take the facility from 1700 square feet to 8000 square feet, and features private and semi-private personal training, cardio, group fitness, a smoothie bar, lounge, outdoor patio, showers, and much more.

Curious to try it out? Try Get Age Fit today with no obligation. Visit https://getagefit.com/pages/try-us-out to book a free session with a certified personal trainer. The free session includes a 30-minute consultation to discuss individuals’ unique fitness goals followed by a 30-minute personal training session with a certified personal trainer from Get Age Fit.

New: Training for Teens

The expansion isn’t the only new thing happening at Get Age Fit. Introducing: Training for Teens. With the launch of its new youth program, now teens can also feel their best through personalized fitness sessions.

Get Age Fit’s new youth program, Training for Teens, is a specially-designed personal training regimen that empowers adolescents to become their best selves.

Through personalized fitness sessions with expert trainers, the program will teach teens how to build strength, boost confidence, and promote overall well-being.

Parents looking to enroll their teens into the program can feel comfortable knowing Training for Teens will nurture healthy habits, instill discipline, and set a strong foundation for a lifetime of physical and mental wellness.

Another added benefit is while their parents are training, children can also get safe, effective exercise.

To schedule a free consultation for your teen, call (512) 591-7817.

Achieving sustainable fitness results

The secret to Get Age Fit’s success isn’t in lifting the heaviest weights. It’s five simple strategies that make a definite difference.

Get Age Fit’s 5 prong approach to success:
  • Weight training
  • Cardiovascular training
  • Healthy nutrition
  • Positive mindset
  • Community support
Thurston said the Get Age Fit team creates safe, effective and efficient fitness programs for clients while putting an emphasis on proper form.

Building muscle and strength improves quality of life by making everyday tasks more achievable and improving overall quality of life as we age.

Weight training and a healthy nutrition should be paired with cardiovascular training, which is the only type of exercise that exclusively burns fat while simultaneously improving a sluggish metabolism.

Get Age Fit is the best choice for people of all ages who want to get fit and stay fit, Thurston said.

The proof is in the pudding: 98% of clients stick with Get Age Fit after their first personal training session, and report feeling stronger and more confident in just three weeks.

Get Age Fit offers a range of services including personal training packages, group classes, nutrition counseling and its new youth program.

Parents who are interested in enrolling their children in the new Training Teens program can call (512) 591-7817 to schedule a free consultation for their teen.

To learn more about Get Age Fit and how a personalized fitness routine can help you achieve sustainable fitness goals, visit the website here or plan to attend our grand opening on Dec. 1 at the new location at 3626 Williams Drive, Georgetown.
