Inside The Colony, a series of three amenity centers—with swimming pools, fitness centers and pickleball courts—are designed within walking distance of the homes. Future amenity centers are underway, such as the Tree House and the Lake House, which will include an amphitheater that will host live music performances and other events.

Everything is connected through miles of trails winding through the community and along the Colorado River. Interspersed along the trails are pocket parks, playgrounds and a 9-hole disc golf course.
