Metamorphosis Aesthetics offers top-of-the-line spa treatments as well as medical treatments not available at other spas.

The medical spa opened in Brentwood in November following a discussion among the founders about creating a medical spa. The founders agreed the company's whole mission is to ensure that everyone looks good and feels good within the confidential and comfortable setting at Metamorphosis.

“We are all going to age, we just want to be sensitive to the needs of our clients and help them do this gracefully,” Clinical Service Director Meredith Benesch said.

Founded by Medical Director Dr. Laura Purdy, the goal of Metamorphosis Aesthetics is not to change clients, but to enhance their natural beauty.

“All of our medically trained staff is over 40, so we can empathize with our clients and fully support them as they embrace the outer changes, while assisting them to reflect the inner, youthful glow,” Benesh said.

Metamorphosis Aesthetics is a small, but full-service, spa offering a broad range of services. Their QUantum EVO laser is the only one like it in the Nashville area. In addition to massage and facials, the spa provides laser hair removal, tattoo removal, vascular treatment, facial resurfacing, waxing, chemical peels, hydrafacials, oxygen facials, plasma pen skin tightening microblading, permanent makeup, fillers, botox, micro-needling with Radio frequency and IV hydration.

“We are able to provide personalized treatment recommendations as well as advanced treatments due to our medical expertise,” Benesh said. “Some of the treatments that clients are very excited about are the tattoo removal. Another is the Elluminate facial, and our Combination Virtue RF with CO2 laser resurfacing combination."

Benesh said clients seek prevention, maintenance or correction at a medspa.

“For those who are younger or haven’t been in the sun a lot, then prevention with an increase in collagen or maintenance facials are great,” Benesh said. “For correction, that is where lasers and PDO threads and some of the more invasive treatments come into play. For maintenance, I suggest micro-needling, facials and massage.”

When a client visits Metamorphosis Aesthetics for a consultation, the staff discusses the patient's goals and tailors a plan to meet them.

“We try to customize everything we do for the patient. It’s not one size fits all. We always look at what your skin needs and do corrective measures based on that,” Benesh said. “Everything is customized here. We want to make the client look good, feel good and make sure that it fits their budget.”

Offering customers a full array of services while explaining the benefits of the products and services is the spa's goal.

“We have something for every budget. If you come in and give me a budget and say this is my issue, then we are going to find something that fits your budget and make it work for you,” Benesh said. “I don’t want anyone to feel intimidated. Sometimes it can feel that way when you go somewhere and they are recommending procedures and using terminology that you may not understand.”

Clients can book a consultation on the Metamorphosis Aesthetics website or call 615-581-7141.

Metamorphosis also offers a membership package for $125 a month through which clients can receive their choice of a facial, chemical peel, or 90-minute massage plus 25 percent off all services.

“It’s a good way to keep people coming back for maintenance,” Benesh said. “You can do all kinds of expensive services, but if you do not maintain it, you are wasting your money. We want to make sure our clients are able to maintain their results easily and affordably.”

The spa also offers “Metamorphosis After Hours,” which is its version of a spa party.

“We recommend a group of four to six people. They will get a 30-minute massage and facial,” Benesh said. If they want to add in Botox or fillers or other services they can do so at an additional cost. We provide complimentary refreshments and non-alcoholic elixirs. It’s a fun time.”
