"We are enlarging [our space] so we can handle our patrons more efficiently," he said.
The restaurant started expanding its patio and bar space in March and is also in the process of enclosing its second oven, which was added a few months ago, he said.
Starting with Memorial Day weekend, Stanley's also plans to expand its Saturday hours to 11:30 a.m.–9 p.m. It formerly closed at 5 p.m. on Saturdays. 512-900-9079. www.stanleysfarmhousepizza.com
