Pinny and Trowel, an instructional cooking and crafting business run by Tamzin Cochrane, opened Jan. 20 at 10415 Old Manchaca Road, Austin. Cochrane said the new business offers cooking lessons and after-school programs, and it is planning to host a variety of themed summer camps, such as Italian, English and French cooking.
