Le Vacher, a new French-inspired restaurant that announced last year it was developing a location in Dripping Springs, will officially open Aug. 7.
According to a news release by the restaurant, Le Vacher will bring French-inspired dishes to the Texas Hill Country using Texas ingredients with a menu featuring Crispy Spaetzle, Classic Steak Tartare, and Foie Gras Parfait. Le Vacher will also have brunch and lunch menus.
The restaurant’s bar will serve seasonal cocktails and a standing menu as well as wine offerings.
“I am incredibly excited to provide high-quality food and service to the community of Dripping Springs. I’ve always found myself more comfortable in a smaller town and I’m ready to know all of our guests so I can make sure they’re as excited as I am,” chef Jacob Euler said in the news release. “Opening during the pandemic has been a huge learning experience and we are grateful for the opportunity to challenge ourselves in taking our guests’ health into consideration with everything we do.”
