Mochi Ramen & Poke Bowl opened in early November next to Asian Garden at 350 N. Guadalupe St., Ste. 110, San Marcos. The restaurant serves traditional-style ramen and healthy poke bowls. Customers can build their own poke bowl by selecting a base of sushi rice, brown rice or a spring mix salad. Customers then select a protein followed by selecting a type of poke mate, such as cucumber, jalapenos or sweet corn.
