There were four new coronavirus cases on 13 tests reported June 4 in Hays County. The numbers include 168 active cases and 212 who have recovered.
With 385 confirmed cases and 4,589 tests administered, the county is nearing test counts of 2% of the estimated population of 230,000 residents.
Five people have died and 34 hospitalized, with six currently in the hospital.
