I believe that I would like to make a difference for the citizens of San Marcos. I would like to fight for flood relief; higher-paying jobs; keeping up with the growth of the city; and preserving the nice, safe community that we love.
What do you believe is the greatest challenge facing the city?
The growth and keeping up with the infrastructure with the growth. We need more fire stations, expanding the police stations, transportation, and jobs.
Why do you believe you’re the most qualified candidate?
I'm a pastor and I have experience in public service as a former local school council board member for Penn School for Chicago public schools, I'm a former community organizer as a block club president. I like to listen to the community for their input. I'm also Founder and President of the Foundation of Youth, CIvil Rights, Law, and Government.
What do you believe the city should do to protect neighborhoods and have adequate housing for students?
