The Kyle Planning and Zoning Commission meets at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday
The agenda includes a proposal to rezone approximately 4-acre site at 400 Windy Hill Road from Warehouse District to Retail Services as well as an item that would amend the city’s code of ordinances related to signs. The Buda Planning and Zoning Commission meets at 7 p.m. Tuesday
The city’s planning and zoning agenda includes items related to the ongoing rewrite of the unified development code, including discussions about Buda's environmental protection and water quality; flood protection; tree preservation and park land; and well drilling. The meeting takes place at Buda City Hall, 121 S. Main St., and the agenda can be found here.
The San Marcos Planning and Zoning Commission meets at 6 p.m. Tuesday
San Marcos P&Z will hold a public hearing related to an amended conditional use permit allowing the sale of alcoholic beverages at Crafthouse Urban Kitchen & Tap, 242 N. LBJ Drive. The commission will also hold a public hearing and receive a presentation regarding the 2018 Capital Improvements Program. The agenda can be found here.
San Marcos hosts a bond open house on April 12
The city presents a short presentation on the two propositions totaling $32.2 million. Attendees will have an opportunity to meet with city staff and ask questions regarding the bonds. The event takes place at Cuauhtemoc Hall, 1100 Patton St., San Marcos. The third and final city-sponsored open house to discuss the bonds is scheduled for May 1 at the KAD Korner Store at CM Allen Homes, 820 Sturgeon St.
