San Antonio Board of REALTORS.
The average price of homes listed for sale in the Northeast San Antonio Metro area over the past six months were between $282,000 to $623,000.
In April, the majority of homes sold in the Northeast San Antonio Metro area were in the $200,000 to $399,999 price range.
In April, year-over-year median home prices decreased in the 78148, 78154, 78233 and 78266 ZIP codes but increased in the 78108 ZIP code.
The average number of days homes spent on the market in April 2025 increased in the 78148, 78154 and 78266 ZIP codes compared to April 2024.
In April, the majority of homes sold in 78108 ZIP code were in the $300,000 to $499,999 price range.
