The overview
The community features 288 units, featuring one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans.
Vero Sade co-founder Dan Bassichis said one of the highlights of the community is the club facility, which includes a media space, fitness facility, pickleball courts, a café with grab-and-go offerings, indoor private dining rooms, centralized event bars for hosting food and beverage events, meeting room spaces and a resort-style pool with cabanas and outdoor kitchens.
“I think opening in a small town that has a great community [and] that is fast growing is perfect for this concept,” Bassichis said. “We’re trying to build a community neighborhood, so it almost fits in here perfectly for us.”
What they’re saying
Cibolo City Manager Wayne Reed said the new multifamily helps diversify the living opportunities in the city, allowing more growth opportunities by offering residential areas for people who may not be ready to purchase a home.
“In Cibolo, we are predominantly single-family detached housing,” Reed said. “As we grow and provide more services in the community so we can also shop and spend our dollars, we need to diversify our housing,” Reed said.
