A closer look
The vast majority of homes sold in the Northeast San Antonio Metrocom were in the $200,000-$399,999 range in June—129 homes. There were 59 homes sold in the $400,000-$599,000 category. A total of six were sold in the $600,000-$799,999 range and five above $800,000.
