Year-over-year data for the Northeast San Antonio Metrocom shows ZIP codes on average having an increase in days on market and the average home sales price. The 78266 ZIP code was the only ZIP code in the area with a decrease in the average sales price. Three out of five ZIP codes saw a decrease in the number of homes sold between 2022-23 compared to 2021-22, according to data from the San Antonio Board of Realtors.

Average home sales price

Of the five ZIP codes, four saw at least a 9.28% increase in sales price between June 2021-May 2022 and June 2022-May 2023. The 78266 ZIP code saw a 22.88% decrease in the sales price.


Number of homes sold


SABOR data shows the 78266 ZIP code had an increase of 62.5% to the number of homes sold year-over-year. The 78148, 78154, 78108 and 78233 ZIP codes all saw a decrease in the number of homes sold, with 78148 having the largest decrease of 34.75% year over year.


Number of days on market

All five of the ZIP codes saw an increase in the average days on market. Homes throughout the area were on the market for a minimum of 15.9% longer than homes from the previous year, according to SABOR.
