Guadalupe County commissioners approved a $288,244 contract with Sullivan Contracting Services on Feb. 24 for the construction of five office spaces in the Adult Probation area of the county’s services center.

The Guadalupe County Services Center is located in Schertz at 1052 FM 78.
Sullivan Contracting Services is a Seguin-based general contractor, which will be working to partially demolish a corridor wall to make way for the new offices to accommodate additional staff. The contractor will also provide and install new light fixtures, electrical outlets and a new fire alarm panel, according to the contract.
