The background
In May, renovations on the heating, ventilation and air conditioning system and other improvements to Cibolo City Hall began.
These updates were started to get the 20-year-old building up to a code-compliant working environment for city staff.
The $1.82 million project is funded through certificates of obligation approved in 2022.
During the time of the renovation, the Municipal Court was relocated to a mobile office next to City Hall.
On Nov. 30, city staff announced that the Municipal Court closed Dec. 1 for moving. The office will take calls and emails on Dec. 4, and will reopen for normal operating hours on Dec. 5.
The Utility Building offices will continue to operate out of Fire Station No. 1.
