The details
The event will feature four categories of barbecue to be judged, including chicken, brisket, ribs and a chef’s choice category.
Alongside the barbecue competition, there will be a 5K race, a cornhole tournament and other activities.
The event serves as a fundraiser to support scholarship opportunities for Schertz-Cibolo-Universal City ISD students.
