Scarecrows are returning to Live Oak during the seventh annual Scarecrow Invasion.

This event is hosted by the Live Oak Economic Development Corporation and invites local businesses to compete to see who has the best scarecrow in town.

Scarecrow designs should represent the business that submits them, and each design must include the business logo.

Scarecrows will be on display from Sept. 29-Oct. 31, and will be judged by EDC members Oct. 4. Applications for the competition can be found online.
