Volunteer opportunities are in two shifts—noon-4 p.m. and 4-8 p.m.—with volunteer jobs including working the admission gates, the play area, the petting zoo and more.
Those who volunteer for the entire day of the event will receive a Snowfest T-shirt and a $20 Walmart gift card.
Volunteers are encouraged to dress appropriately for the weather, and those who will be in the play area will be handling ice. Waterproof shoes and boots are also recommended.
A volunteer information meeting will be held Feb. 8 beginning at 6 p.m. at the UC Public Works building, 265 Kitty Hawk Road, Universal City.
