This tree is part of the city’s Blue Santa Program, which helps give toys to children age 12 or younger.
Residents can collect a tag from the tree, which will have the child’s information and what they would like for Christmas. Tags taken from the tree must be returned with a gift by 5 p.m. Dec. 9.
A donation box for new, used and unwrapped toys will also be in the lobby of the police department, located at 162 Loop 539 E., Cibolo. Monetary donations can be made to the Alumni Association of Cibolo Citizens Police Academy.
