The city of Selma will be hosting the annual Fall Clean Up from Oct. 1-9 for Selma residents.

Waste delivered must be separated by the type of material, and only household and yard waste will be accepted throughout the event.

On Oct. 8, residents can bring hazardous waste, including pesticides, herbicides, fertilizers, chemicals, cleaning and bleach products, swimming pool cleaners and more.

Cleanup is limited to two pickup truck loads per household or a maximum of one trailer load per household, not to exceed 16 feet long by 4 feet high.

Household waste can be delivered from 8 a.m.-5 p.m each day; hazardous materials can be delivered from 8 a.m.-2 p.m. on Oct. 8 only.


Waste drop-off will be held in Lot D at Retama Park, 1 Retama Parkway, Selma.
