All Guadalupe County precincts are reporting vote totals, while numbers are still being updated for Bexar County and Comal County.
Allison Heyward continues to lead in the Place 6 race with 62% of votes.
For the propositions, Propositions J and K are not favored by voters with 56% and 57% of votes against respectively. Proposition L has shifted to 51% of voters against the propositions.

In the Nov. 5 race for Schertz City Council, Place 6, incumbent Allison Heyward is leading against Robert Marks Jr., with 63% of early votes.
On the ballot
Alongside the city council race, there were 15 propositions on the ballot. Most of the propositions are favored by early voters, with three propositions either against or mixed.
These propositions include:
- Proposition J with 56% against: Shall the City Charter of the City of Schertz be amended to remove the requirement for the city secretary to report administratively to the city manager?
- Propositions K with 57% against: Shall the City Charter of the City of Schertz be amended to change the percentage of voters required to sign an initiative or referendum petition from fifteen percent to ten percent?
- Proposition L with 50% for/against: Shall the City Charter of the City of Schertz be amended to change the percentage of voters required to sign a recall petition from twenty percent to fifteen percent?
