All precincts in Bexar and Guadalupe counties have reported votes, while Comal County still reports 42 out of 55 precincts.
Cibolo
Mark Allen led the race for Cibolo mayor with 3,177, or 35.18%, of votes. Summer-Marie Brown ended with the second-most votes, receiving 1,843, or 20.41%.
The Cibolo City Charter requires candidates to receive at least 50% of votes before winning an election, meaning Allen and Brown will be moving into a runoff election held in January.
Randy Roberts received 605, or 52.93%, votes, while Cody Hicks ended with 538, or 47.07%, of reported votes.
Robert Mahoney took the majority of votes for Cibolo City Council, District 3, receiving 424, or 50.72%, of reported votes. Charles Ruppert received 412, or 49.28%, of votes.
Schertz
Incumbent Ralph Gutierrez in the Schertz mayor's race may also be headed for a runoff, but the race is too close to call, and canvassing and an official tally will need to take place to make the determination. Gutierrez received 6,300, or 49.68%, of votes.
Cedric B. Edwards, Sr. received 3,756, or 29.62%, of votes, and Mark C. Roberts, Jr. received 2,625, or 20.7%, of reported votes.
The Schertz City Charter requires that candidates receive the majority vote in an election, meaning that Gutierrez and Edwards will move to a runoff election should Gutierrez remain below 50% of total votes.
In the race for City Council, Place 2, Michelle Watson led with 4,841, or 43.1%, of votes with Tiffany M. Gibson trailing with 4,416, or 39.32%. Paul J. Kendzior received the remaining 1,974, or 17.58%, of reported votes. Gibson and Watson will move to a runoff election.
Comal County data shows two out of five precincts that include Schertz reporting data.

Guadalupe County has 33 out of 34 precincts reporting votes, while Bexar County has 229 out of 302 precincts reporting, and Comal County has 42 out of 55 reporting.
Cibolo
Mark Allen leads the race for Cibolo mayor with 35.07% of reported votes. Summer-Marie Brown has the second most reported votes at 20.49%.
For Cibolo City Council District 2, Randy Roberts has 52.85% of votes, while Cody Hicks has the remaining 47.15%.
Robert Mahoney leads the race for Cibolo City Council District 3 with 50.66% of votes, while Charles Ruppert has 49.34% of reported votes.
Proposition A and Proposition B are projected to pass with Proposition A having 80.62% of voters in favor and Proposition B having 63.59% of voters in favor.
Schertz
Bexar County has 229 out of 302 precincts reporting data, while Comal County has 42 out of 55 reporting.
Incumbent Ralph Gutierrez leads the mayoral race with 49.78% of reported votes. Cedric B. Edwards Sr. received 29.71% of reported votes, while Robert C. Marks Jr. received 20.51%.
In the race for City Council Place 2, Michelle Watson leads with 42.72% of votes with Tiffany M. Gibson trailing with 39.55%. Paul J. Kendzior received 17.72% of reported votes.

With early voting results coming in from Guadalupe and Bexar counties, a number of local candidates have take an early lead in this year's midterm elections.
Cibolo
In the race for Cibolo Mayor, candidate Mark Allen is leading with 35.29% of early votes reported from Guadalupe County.
Summer-Marie Brown is behind Allen with 20.10% of the vote, and Kara Latimer is trailing with 17.21%. Tim Woliver received 15.76% of early votes, and Terry Hinze received 11.64%.
Early results for Cibolo City Council District 2 show Randy Roberts ahead with 52.17% of votes, while Cody Hicks received 47.83%.
For Cibolo City Council, District 3, Robert Mahoney received 50.70% of early votes while Charles Ruppert received 49.30%.
Cibolo also has two propositions on the ballot, which are both showing voters in favor of the items with early results.
Proposition A is for the reauthorization of the local sales and use tax in the city of Cibolo at the rate of one-quarter of one percent to continue providing revenue for the maintenance and repair of the municipal streets, and has received 80.63% of votes in favor so far.
Proposition B would allow city of Cibolo to sell or exchange 5.6 acres city-owned land out of Niemietz Park located at 618 FM 78, Cibolo, in exchange for 5.6 acres of land owned by the Cibolo Economic Development Corporation for purposes of economic development and revitalization of Niemietz Park. This item received 63.34% of early votes in favor so far.
Schertz
The city of Schertz falls within Bexar, Guadalupe and Comal Counties. For Schertz early voting results, the reported percentage of votes is a combination of results from Bexar and Guadalupe Counties. Comal early results have not been reported as of 8:30 p.m.
The race for Schertz mayor has three candidates with incumbent Ralph Gutierrez receiving 50.53% of votes. Cedric B. Edwards, Sr. received 30.39% of early votes, and Robert C. Marks, Jr. received 19.08% of early votes.
For Schertz City Council Place 2, Michelle Watson is leading early votes with 43.23% of votes. Tiffany M. Gibson received 40.17% of early votes and Paul J. Kendzior received 16.60%.
