Registration applications and information can be found on the Bexar, Comal and Guadalupe county elections websites. Applications must be mailed or delivered in person to the appropriate voting center.
Voter registration eligibility laws require applicants to:
- be a United States citizen;
- be a resident of the county where you submit the application;
- be at least 17 years and 10 months old on the date the voter registration application is submitted, and 18 years of age on Election Day;
- not be a convicted felon (you may be eligible to vote if you have completed your sentence, probation, and parole); and
- have not been declared by a court exercising probate jurisdiction to be either totally mentally incapacitated or partially mentally incapacitated without the right to vote.
Early voting begins Oct. 24 and runs through Nov. 4. Election day is Nov. 8.
