Early voting results show Joel Hicks pulling ahead in the Guadalupe County Commissioner Precinct 4 race.
Hicks had 606 early votes, or 53.25%, while Stephen Germann received 532 votes, or 46.75%. The winner of this runoff will be uncontested in November.
In the U.S. Representative District 28 race, Cassy Garcia is leading the Republican runoff with 3,745 votes, or 63.89%. Sandra Whitten received 2,117 votes, or 36.11%.
For the Democratic race for District 28, Jessica Cisneros took a small lead against incumbent Henry Cuellar with 12,078 and 11,584 early votes respectively.
In the Democratic race for District 15, Ruben Ramirez took the majority of early votes with 3,819, or 53.30%. Michelle Vallejo received 3,346 votes, or 46.70%.
These results are early voting numbers and do not represent the final outcome of the election.
