Early voting for the primary runoff election on May 24 will be from May 16-20.

In Guadalupe County, the Precinct 4 commissioner race will put lifelong Guadalupe County resident Stephen Germann against Cibolo City Council Member Joel Hicks.

Hicks and Germann were the top two vote getters in the March Republican primary election, and the winner of the May 24 runoff election will be uncontested in the November election, as there are no Democratic candidates running for the position.

In Bexar County, Peter Sakai and Ina Minjarez will go head to head as the Democratic candidates for the Bexar County Judge position.

The winner of this runoff will run against Republican candidate Trish DeBerry in the November election.

Voters will also see choices for U.S. Representatives on the ballot. For District 28, the Republican candidates are Cassy Garcia and Sandra Whitten, and the Democratic candidates are incumbent Henry Cuellar and Jessica Cisneros.

For District 15, the Democratic candidates are Michelle Vallejo and Ruben Ramirez. The winner of this race will run against Republican candidate Monica De La Cruz Hernandez in November.

Early voting times will be from 7 a.m.-7 p.m., and voters can cast their votes at any polling location within the county.

Additional election information can be found on the Bexar and Guadalupe county websites.
