Early voting totals show the $18 million road, streets and sidewalks bond for the city of Live Oak has the favor of voters, with 68.92% of early votes in favor of the bond.

Alongside the bond, each of the seven city charter amendments have the majority of early votes in favor of the changes.

In Universal City, incumbent Mayor John Williams received 653, or 61.43%, of early votes while Adam E. Salyer received 410, or 38.57% of early votes.

In the council race for Universal City, Steven R. Buck received 23.85% of early votes; incumbent Paul Najarian received 21.39%; and Phil Vaughan received 20.95%.

Incumbent Beverly Volle trails with 20.16% of early votes, and Richard K. Edwards received 13.65%.



For the Universal City City Council race, the top three vote-getters will be appointed to council.

Within the City Council District 2 race for Cibolo, Victor M. Osorio II pulled ahead with 55, or 56.12%, of early votes. Randy Roberts received 43, or 43.88%, of early votes.
