With the school year beginning for Judson ISD, applications are available for free and reduced-price meals for children coming from families under the income eligibility guidelines.

For the 2023-24 school year, Judson ISD has multiple campuses that operate the Community Eligibility Program under the National School Lunch Program and School Breakfast Program for the 2023-24 school year.

Campuses using this program serve breakfast and lunch to all children at no charge and eliminate the collection of meal applications for free, reduced-priced and paid student meals.

According to an Aug. 8 news release, the following campuses operate with the program:
  • Candlewood Elementary School
  • Converse Elementary School
  • Coronado Village Elementary School
  • Franz Leadership Academy
  • Elolf Steam Academy
