The details
The restaurant is owned by mother-daughter duo Galina Onishchenko and Sofia Davis, who opened the first location in Lakewood, Washington in 2016. In an email statement, Davis said quick service ordering will also be available for those who prefer not to dine in.
The menu offers coffee, pastries, blended drinks and house specialty dishes like biscuits and gravy, pancakes, loaded potato bowls and more.
Biscuit House is open daily 7 a.m.-3 p.m.
