The city of Cibolo is in the process of redistricting City Council districts, as the council composition switches from seven single-member districts to four single-member districts and three at-large districts.

As part of the redistricting process, city staff is looking for resident feedback regarding the proposed maps.

On May 31, the city hosted a town hall meeting where residents could learn more about the process and provide input.

For those that did not attend, feedback can be submitted online where residents are asked to select a preference in redistricting plans.

The process to change City Council will be completed over the next couple of years. The first at-large district is set to be put on the ballot in the November 2024 election, and the remaining at-large districts will be put on the ballot in November 2025.
