Renovations on the heating, ventilation and air conditioning system and other improvements to Cibolo City Hall are set to begin in May.

The Cibolo City Hall building is around 20 years old and is due for renovations to give city staff a code-compliant working environment.

On April 11, City Council approved a bid for the replacement of the heating, ventilation and air conditioning system as well as other building renovations in the amount of $1.82 million, which is funded through certificates of obligation approved in 2022.

On May 12, the Utility Billing Office will close at 2 p.m. and reopen May 15 at the Fire Station No. 1, located at 204 Loop 539 E, Cibolo.

On May 25, the Municipal Court will be closed and will reopen in a mobile office next to City Hall on May 26.

These services will be temporarily relocated during the renovation process.
