The city of Cibolo on March 14 recognized Police Chief Bryan Hugghins for serving 10 years with the city. Hugghins has been the police chief since 2017.
Alongside the recognition, Hugghins was promoted to a new role as the executive director of police, public works and information services.
City Manager Wayne Reed said under the new role, Hugghins will work closely with other departments to learn more about city operations.
“Bryan Hugghins has potential, and I want to give him that opportunity to grow his skills and expertise to serve our community,” Reed said.
