This initiative gives those with warrants and outstanding citations the opportunity to resolve the case without further court action.
According to city staff, under Texas Law, individuals appearing before a court and making a good faith effort to resolve outstanding Class C cases are afforded safe harbor and not subject to arrest.
Individuals who may suspect or are unsure whether they have a warrant can contact Perdue Brando Fielder Collins and Mott LLP at 800-994-0676 or the Universal City Municipal Court at 210-619-0716.
Municipal Court office hours are Monday-Thursday from 7 a.m.-6 p.m. The office is located at 2150 Universal City Blvd., Universal City.
