During this construction, the facility will be closed with the project expected to take eight weeks to complete.
According to city staff, the new systems will help streamline the presentation and posting of meeting minutes and improve agenda-based information.
While the facility is under construction, meetings will be temporarily relocated.
Meetings will be relocated to various rooms at City Hall, located at 1400 Schertz Parkway.
