Frenchie Coffee Roasters was started by Jessica and Filip Guzikowski in 2015, selling small-batch roasted coffee and merchandise on the business's website.
The Cibolo location will be the first brick-and-mortar space for the business, offering a selection of coffee beverages through a drive-thru and a walk-up window.
“We will have 10 signature espresso drinks, a selection of nonespresso drinks and a dedicated kids menu,” Jessica Guzikowski said.
A portion of every purchase from the business is donated to animal rescues, with a focus on French bulldog rescues.
