The San Antonio International Airport will begin construction on Phase I of a multiphase terminal curbside and roadway development March 23.
The details
Part of the Terminal Development Project, Phase I will include a zero-curb transition connecting the roadway to the future Terminal C, improving accessibility and loading. Phase I will also include construction on the Terminal C canopy.
Jesus Saenz, director of airports for the city of San Antonio, said the zero-curb transition will allow passengers to move more smoothly and provide easier access for disabled travelers.
