According to a press release, TXDot will close Rittiman Road at I-35 from 11 p.m.-5 a.m. Sept. 27-30. Rittiman Road is expected to be closed throughout the weekend.
Travelers heading eastbound on Rittiman Road will turn south on I-35 frontage road. To continue east on Rittiman Road or head north on I-35, drivers will need to follow detour signs to the turnaround at George Beach Avenue.
Travelers heading westbound on Rittiman Road will turn north on the I-35 frontage road. To continue west on Rittiman Road or to travel south on I-35, drivers will need to follow detours signs to the Eisenhauer Road turnaround.
