In the seven ZIP code areas comprising much of North San Antonio, homes stayed on the market longer in most ZIP code areas except 78231, where homes stayed on the market for just 41 days, and 78258, where homes sold about at the same rate as in September 2023.

Data comes from the San Antonio Board of Realtors, comparing numbers year over year from September 2023 to September 2024.

The median home sales price fluctuated between each ZIP code, ranging from $399K up to $554.9K. Throughout the entire San Antonio-New Braunfels Metropolitan area, however, the vast majority of homes sold were in the $200K to $399K range.
