According to a news release, the new version of the app features performance enhancements, a new look and new features. The app allows residents to submit service requests to the city, identify their location, attach photos and provide supporting information. Additionally, users can create a profile so they can track their requests.
Improvements include:
- A redesigned home screen which helps users find and navigate city services
- An enhanced category search, featuring an update category layout and search for request types
- A detailed report view, which allows for easier tracking and managing of reports
- A community section with a monthly leaderboard, which challenges uses to make an impact in their community
