The city of San Antonio will host two public sessions where property taxpayers can learn about tax exemptions and how to protest property values.

Current situation

City representatives said as property tax bills start arriving in mailboxes in April, local taxpayers could benefit from information, such as eligibility and applying for available tax exemptions, and the property appeal process, including how to prepare for a protest.

The sessions will take place:
  • March 30, 10 a.m., Reagan High School, 19000 Ronald Reagan Drive, San Antonio
  • April 1, 5 p.m., Brackenridge Elementary School, 1214 Guadalupe St., San Antonio
