“A San Antonio Christmas” will be the 15th Christmas pageant that the Fellowship of San Antonio has presented to the community.
The musical will be performed at 7 p.m. Dec. 11 and 2:30 and 6:30 p.m. Dec. 12 at the Stone Oak-area church, 23755 Canyon Golf Road.
According to church officials, the two-act presentation will offer a spirited contemporary celebration of the holiday season, complete with dancing and singing of well-known Christmas songs and carols.
The event also offers a traditional approach to the nativity story accompanied by the church’s children’s choir.
Church officials said each pageant hosted by the Fellowship of San Antonio has been popular with community members, including the 2020 edition, which was held at the sanctuary with pandemic safety measures and livestreamed.
Additionally, the church at each show will accept offerings that will be donated to Mexican and Peruvian orphanages supported by the Fellowship of San Antonio.
Each performance is free and open to the public. Free registration is available by visiting https://www.thefellowshipofsa.org/events-and-service/a-san-antonio-christmas-1.
