The new eatery will have a soft opening June 10, followed by their grand opening on June 28. The name 85°C refers to the perfect temperature for brewing coffee, according to their website.

On the menu

The Taiwanese chain was founded in 2003 and serves sweet and savory breads, pastries, croissants, danishes and cakes. Their drink menu includes a line of coffees, teas, bubble teas and more. Their San Antonio location will be housed at the University Square at De Zavala shopping center.
