Company officials said Salad and Go is experiencing rapid expansion nationwide. Salad and Go opened their first San Antonio location this winter on Southeast Military Drive. Other local Salad to Go storefronts will be opened this year on Culebra Road on the far west side, and in Cibolo, northeast of San Antonio.
